Description: Provides the knowledge and skills to provide effective service to customers. You will learn appropriate cleaning techniques and how to use specific chemicals safely and effectively in commercial facilities. Participants will also learn skills that enable you to clean glass surfaces, clean wet areas and maintain hard and carpeted floors.

Description: Will further develop knowledge and practical skills in the appropriate use of chemicals, cleaning methods and techniques. In addition to this, participants will learn skills relating to leading a team; organising and supervising work duties to provide effective and efficient services and monitor and maintain equipment supplies.
