Heavy Vehicle licence component will be undertaken by CTM Training Solutions as the Vic Roads approved service provider. Students wishing to participate in this component will be subject to Vic Roads eligibility criteria.


Learn the finer points of road transport including fatigue management, secure transport of goods/cargo, coordination of transport breakdowns and emergencies.

Our Driving Operations short course partial qualification is a 5 day course.

On completion of the Driving Operations course, some possible Job Opportunities are:

Course Details

Driving Operations Course Details:

Course Duration: 5 days (plus MR or LR Truck licence training and test – 12 hours)

Times: 9am to 3.30pm Weekdays

Locations: Hallam, Brooklyn and Somerton

MR licence training and assessment available at Kilsyth or Hallam

Eligibility: To hold a truck licence you must be 19 years of age or older and comply with all VicRoads requirements
